Flex TV Box operates VeoDrama and determines how the information described in this policy is handled. This policy governs our own processing. It also describes, but does not control, the activities of third parties whose services appear on the site — advertising networks, analytics providers and content delivery providers — each acting under its own privacy policy.
The site offers a viewing history and a saved list so that you can resume an episode and return to a series. These are stored locally in your own browser rather than in an account on our servers. They stay on the device you used, they are not synchronized between your devices, and clearing your browser storage erases them permanently. We cannot retrieve them for you, because we never held them.
Only what you put in an email or contact message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the contents of the message.
VeoDrama operates no user accounts. We hold no usernames or passwords. We process no payments and hold no financial data. We do not request your name, postal address, telephone number or date of birth, and we do not collect precise geolocation. We do not use your camera, microphone or contacts.
Operating the site — serving pages, streaming video, maintaining playback sessions and applying territorial licensing restrictions. Necessary to provide the service you requested.
Measurement and improvement — understanding in aggregate which series and genres are watched, how far into a series viewers get, and where playback fails, so that the catalog and the player develop sensibly. Our legitimate interest in maintaining and developing the service.
Security and abuse prevention — detecting scraping, stream-ripping, click fraud, denial-of-service activity and attempts to circumvent access or territorial controls. Legitimate interest, contractual obligation to our licensor, and in some cases legal obligation.
Advertising — selecting, delivering, frequency-capping and measuring advertisements. Consent where applicable law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest.
Cookies, local storage and comparable technologies are used on this site by us and by third parties. Their categories, purposes, durations and the consent mechanism governing non-essential cookies are set out in the Cookie and Consent Notice in this document.
Content delivery and video hosting providers — deliver the video stream to your device and necessarily receive your IP address, device details and playback requests.
Advertising partners — receive data through the ad-serving and measurement process, including for video advertising shown before or during playback.
Analytics providers — aggregate traffic and playback measurement.
Infrastructure providers — hosting providers process request data as part of serving the site.
Our content licensor — we report aggregate viewing figures to Beijing Weilai Datong Ltd. as our licensing arrangement requires. These reports concern series and episode performance in aggregate and do not identify individual viewers.
Legal disclosure — we may disclose information where required by law, court order or lawful request of a public authority, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, including claims concerning unauthorized copying of licensed content.
Flex TV Box does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures to advertising partners may nonetheless meet the definition of a "sale" or of "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" under several United States state privacy statutes. Where those statutes provide an opt-out, we honor it, including opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control transmitted by your browser.
Service providers and our content licensor may be located outside your country of residence, including in the People's Republic of China in the case of the licensor. Aggregate reporting supplied to the licensor does not identify individual viewers. Where a transfer involves personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it relies on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Data in transit is encrypted, administrative access is restricted to those who require it, and third-party components are reviewed before deployment. These are proportionate measures rather than absolute protection, and no operator of a public website can promise the latter.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
California and comparable United States jurisdictions. Disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; deletion; correction; opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising; and freedom from discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. An authorized agent may act with proof of authority.
Everywhere else. The same process is available regardless of where you live, subject to applicable law.
How to exercise them. Write to [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond within the period the applicable statute prescribes. Because the site holds no accounts and your viewing history sits in your own browser rather than on our servers, there is frequently no record associable with a particular individual; where that is so we will say it plainly rather than construct a response.
VeoDrama is not directed at children, and its content is not suitable for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and delete it promptly where we become aware we have. The Age and Content Notice sets out further information for parents and guardians.
Amendments are published with a revised date, and material changes are identified prominently rather than absorbed quietly into the text. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
